This may be a legit request, but in that case the place for the ticket is the "feature requests" section. And it may take a while, because there are many other features requested in that bag.
On the other hand, if there is a need for an "user manual", then it should be valid for any supported operating system. After all, VMPK provides the same features in Linux, Windows and macOS. Why should you need a manual for macOS only? Or why one for the MacBook Air, instead of the MacBook Pro?
I have a Korg nanoKey2 MIDI controller. There is an "owner's manual" for this product. Please download it and take a look. This €50 product is equivalent to VMPK, as both are Keyboard MIDI Controllers. The manual is brief, to say the least. Probably the manual exists only because it is mandatory for the manufacturer to provide one, but I bet that most users never look at it. And if they need more information which is not included in it, is because they lack background knowledge about:
Music theory: musical instruments share some terminology (octaves, notes, pitch, tuning, transpose, portamento, ...) that may be unfamiliar to people not trained on this field.
MIDI technology: Channels, IN/OUT/Thru, Omni mode, Controllers. There are many MIDI tutorials available out there.
Other that that, if you have any concrete question about using VMPK, then you are expected to post your question here, as a "Support Request" ticket.
