#68 Keyboard maps not loaded at startup

Raw keyboard map doesn't load at the program startup. I have to open Preferences dialog and press Ok each time.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start VMPK, open Preferences, and choose a Raw keyboard map XML file. Press Ok to save changes.
2. Mapping works fine.
3. Exit VMPK.
4. Start VMPK again. New mapping no longer working. Instead default mapping is loaded.

To make it work again. Open Preferences dialog and just click Ok.
