Base Dev happens at [GitLab](https://gitlab.com/VoyaTrax/vtxNG).
Example:
We pull a snapshot of the BaseDev tags 0.0.1-0.0.15
We then merge that into one and it will be here more or less a maintence status.
We will use this as a release portal. the code stored here only get's upgrades as we see needed.
