Hello, That what we see on the home page : The Vis5d+ Release Notes This document summarizes the changes for new releases of Vis5d+. Vis5d+ 1.2.0 November 1, 2001. The NCAR modifications to vis5d 5.2 have been added. Support for stereo display mode (requires hardware support and proper configuration) Please, can someone tell what does it mean "proper configuration"? Where to read about it? I think the description of the required hardware support also would be very helpful. Please, any ideas about where to read about this? I already posted questions similar to the above ones. This was an answer: It simply means that the OGL libraries on the system recognize that stereo is available. And that vis5d+ is compiled with that version of the OGL libraries. I am still confused. Are 'OGL' libraries Mesa libraries? Well I have Linux box (2.4.7-10) with Mesa package and vis5d+ v1.2.1. The video card is nVidia GeForce2 MX which supports stereo according to the info from nVidia site. I don't have stereo effect. Please, help. Thank you. Oleg Uvarov |
