Re-submitted with my real email address.. Sorry, little configuration problem -----Original Message----- From: own...@ss... Subject: Sounding display using oceanographic data Hello, I have been writing some code to convert netcdf oceanographic data (temp, salinity) to vis5d format.. My code compiles and the data shows nicely in the 3d window.. However, when I am using the sounding display, the temperature/salinity profiles look okay as long as I convert the full data set (down to 5000 meters) but, when I try to look at near surface 0m to 500m for example, the profiles in the sounding display do not adjust correctly, the profiles aren't visible... my vertical setting is 2 for none equal spacing (Km).. I have even changed the code in vis5d to indicate that it is oceanonly.. but still have the same results.. Any suggestions?? Thanks Marshall |
