better standard constants for neurons... try to make the synapse default to about 1 strength per input

Added: Traveling Seisure (you'll need to wire up the cell at the start of the shoelace network and time step the simulation until you see the first firing in the network and then delete the connection between the input and that network. You should see a trapped signal that propagates forever within the network.

shift-click should continue neuron path from where left off...fixed a bug with habituation where 1.5 would send it to 3 instead of draning off
