working on interlobe connections
can modify some of the neuron properties
fixed ++li
made deleting nail incoming as well as outgoing synapses
did synapse on s ynapse properly
make it so you dont select a random neuron after delete
can delete stuff
now arrows are very tiny...but we will zoom in
made editing neurons and telling which is selected even possible
fixed some bugs with detecting if the mouse actually dragged or not
