#369 resid: amplify output
Amplify resid output by an artificial scale factor to make it louder and more even between 6581 and 8580. This also allows reducing crackling in the 8580 filter.
Moreover clipping was missing for some resampling settings.
Tested at default settings; there are some tunes (like /MUSICIANS/T/Toggle/Defier_of_Deadlines.sid) that overshoots quite a bit, but it isnt't very noticeable, likely some sparse peaks.
applied in r45158 - this is good! finally! :)
