The term k*Vg - Vx in the EKV model can assume negative values so it is not correct to force it at zero when negative. Adjusted the LUT index accordingly.

The change only affects the 6581, tested with /MUSICIANS/G/Galway_Martin/Wizball.sid and /MUSICIANS/T/Tel_Jeroen/Myth.sid
