created a nicer looking account_exists page so it isnt a ugly page stopper.

prevent a user from making another account
added ability to delete account (untested)

Added duplicate entery check for websites and bank info

Cleaned up pages, added footer, added account editor W.I.P.

cleaned up the donation page. Lots of work, maybe someone will like it :-)

fixed color issue, white text was too light

added about page, updated menu selection and fixed the add nfo display

Forgot dbconnect and functions. Make sure to rename these
