Countin Recording -

Any notes that are recorded during the countin are now added to the first beat of the part, instead of being ignored.

Fixed location update bug (current beat longer than part).
Added hotkeys and tooltips to app, toggle buttons don't have hotkey due to FLTK bug.

Added transpose, and Configuration Persistence Support.

Also fixed minor bugs found when adding Configuration Support.

Fixed:
Input Port not selecting device correctly (only selected device 0).
VMR file loading (didn't clear memory first).

Added:
OverDub support.
Advanced OverDub support (select next empty track).
