Remove lib that can be used as external lib

Removing j* libs since they are usable as external libs

made jump points...now only habitables

messed with the starsystemreader some more... now I should connect systems with jump points and figure out which ones need a solid renaming... perhaps after they're ownzed.

Fixed OSS detection for netcomm

made it select a random name and stick with it...make sure to only use a single name once

made the faction info into lists... hopefullyit's more useful in the future (now just look at first)
