- several 'lines' that get drawn, several config vars

made nebulas work so that if you're in the same nebula with someone else you and he get fogged
in all other cases the walls of the nebula *should* fog enough... of course that is if that's the way designed
some inaccuracies will remain...think of volumetric fog evenutally
