Cargo mules: single-player games can now leave cargo inside ships (ie:
cargo isn't automatically transferred from ship to ship), and thus have
"cargo mules", ships you can move around by hiring someone to fly it,
instead of flying it yourself.

In the future, this will be an eventful thing: ie, pirates may intercept
your ship, and you'll have to defend. For now, this only takes a
shipping fee relative to the distance travelled.
