ok made the hack a little less odd now...but it's still bad...
now at least phsyics and collisions are done the same for the poor buildings

* added mission total_war1, launch_and_launch1

oh god...this was a big hack to even make buildings work :-(

scripts can launch ships

* added callback 'launch' to launch new ships from script
