Update glext.h to fix a compile error. VS now compiles though I have not been able to get it to run for more than a few seconds.

1 - Not start SPEC too early, dropping shiels when the warp field isn't
strong enough to warrant the risk
2 - Slow down earlier when approaching the target, to avoid missint it
