make PythonUnitIter seen as an actual iterator to python3, and minor removing of useless dead code

Moved builtin to builtins to reflect change in name of __builtin__ to __builtins__ in python3, fixed indenting.... now on to some real python syntax bugs

This isn't the proper way to do things, but it's the only way i could find to add our embedded modules into the builtin package

removing obsolete versions of boost from repo, system installed 1.50. is required unless someone requires it to be slipped in

adding back new python3x builtins in a minimal way at first then as-needed
