Got both the su and sudo methods working.

Made new vsinstall script.

Made path resolution follow well-defined rules for vegastrike, vssetup and vegaserver:
First, check the current directory (and parent and /data4.x) for vegastrike.
Then, look where the executable is stored and look for vegastrike.config there.
