Harmonized and updated highend_flat, fireglass, highendplus and default shaders to reflect Klauss' update of highend.vp/.fp --i.e.: to take light sizes into account. Updated corresponding techniques. Worked some in Uber and Cinemut, but those need quite a bit of updating.

Committing changes to gl_light_state in lieu of Klauss' review. Implemented formula discussed in ticket #7, but stars looked about twice as big as they should; so then I assumed that size(), for stars, returns the diameter, rather than the radius; so I divided size by two first, and then it worked like a charm --to my eyes, anyways.
