Remove Frames filter for a dummy.
I am just learning today of the Remove Frames filter in VD2
I added the Remove Frames filter, and scanned the low res. mp4 video file which has many duplicate frames ( freezing video)
I then saved the project and set the filter to 0 ( zero) with "delete and fix rate" selected.
result: no difference. Frozen frames were not removed.
I am using the Virtualdub2 44282 March 2020 version and cannot find a pre 2020 version.
Any guidance?
