I can see there hasn't been no new releases for years and no comment from the developer as to reason why or if there is a future of Virtualdub2.
Maybe time is now the developer can comment on this. Also if dead let others continue and fork it into their own projects. At least keep the work done alive and continuing than lay dead and wasted.
