Hi Anton, long time no see.

I was playing with screen capturing and ran across a reproducible crash. Here are the details:

Capture settings:
* Device "0 Screen Capture"
* DXGI Acceleration + Remove unchanged frames
* Compression: x264 8-bit YUV 4:2:0 Veryfast CRF 17.0
* Capture format: 1360 x 768 YV12
* Output container: AVI (can MKV or MP4 be used instead?)

System settings:
* Windows 10 1909 build 18368.592
* Ryzen 5 2400G
* Radeon RX 480 (26.20.15011.5007)

Cannot reproduce with capture format set to RGBA32 or YUY2.
