Hi guys,
first I just wanna ask why the "Stream Copy A/V" dosent work same like in VD1 if I do choose extern driver like Quick Time to load a video? One problem for example is the audio track which gets not saved correctly what means the audio lenght is not same like I have selected in VD2.I am also just talking about keyframe cutting only what dosent need any video re-encoding.
Example: I was loading a MP4 Container-format file / AVC format / AAC format in VD2 using Quick Time driver. Now I jump some keyframes forward till 7.560 seconds and trying to save the video (A/V interleave avi) via stream copy A/V.As result I get this out....
Video lenght = correct of 7.560 seconds
Audio lenght = wrong = Full lenght of original video of 3 minutes.
The same method works as it should using VD1 version. The question is why its not working same in VD2?The audio track gets not cutted to the selection lenght. The problem is that the whole audio track (visible complete video lenght in VD2) gets saved and not just the selection. The only way to get it saved right is using the crop to selection function then it does save it correctly = it does save the present lenght of video in the audio lenght.Just try this out and fix this please so I dont wanna crop each time some selection in a video and undo after to select next parts etc.
