Hello,
After some time testing Vdub2 I changed completely. I am excited about Vdub2. Thank you for your work.
I have a wish for a filter / plugin.
It would be nice if there were a subtitle filter for * .saa files or even universal for several formats (saa, srt, ...) working under Vdub2 x86 and Vdub2 x64.
At the moment I am using the Subtitler-2.4, but it works only under Vdub2 x86.

Thanks,
I remember your request for subtitler filter but I'm short of available time..

Hello,
Thank you for the tip, but I already know this filter and can not use it.
On the one hand, this filter is not suitable for Vdub x64, but far worse is that this filter does not apply formatting of saa files. As you can read on the page, this is also known since 2006.

Hello,
Unfortunately, it is usually the time available that is the problem.
Possibly. it will work later.

Detlef Paschke, as a workaround you may try using virtualDub2 x86 enabling LAA (LargeAddressAware), which extends memory usage from 2gb to 4gb under 64bit windows. (Using extra\auxsetup.exe). Out of memory issues of vDub x86 may be avoided.
Hi,
Thanks for the tip, I did the same.
Best regards
I've found textsub x64, it packs with vsfilter x64 release. Here's last build. Take dll from install dir, copy it to plugins64 folder of virtualdub, rename it to .vdf - and it's working in virtualdub x64. I've tested it on virtualdub2 x64 - works. As for quiestion - why do we need virtualdub x64, answer is - Voukoder for Virtualdub is ONLY compiled with x64 version. So if we need ultimate tool with any format for import (ffmpeg plugin) and export (voukoder), with capability to burn subtitles, we can use only x64 versions of Virtualdub. Releases are precompiled (voukoder is not plugin, it's inserted into source code) and only x64 versions available.
For those cases (x32 only / x64 only plugins), I save intermidiate work on huge Lagarith Lossless files, and apply filters with x32, lossless save, then reopen with x64 and apply x64 filters / save compressed there.
Thank's a lot Anonymous, it's working perfectly.
A newer version of vsfilters can be found by installing KliteMegaCodecPack:
x64 "c:\Program Files (x86)\K-Lite Codec Pack\Filters\DirectVobSub64\vsfilter.dll"
x32 "c:\Program Files (x86)\K-Lite Codec Pack\Filters\DirectVobSub\vsfilter.dll"
Copy to plugins32/64 VD folder and rename to .VDF
The best answer is from isidroco ! Thank's a lot bro !
