0b. Relocating the Kanji tiles


Most of our tiles can be reused in the same slots. But we come up a few
tiles short. Some potential room exists at the end of the battle sprites / right
before the NT.

Because we have two routines to decode the font with(out) Kanji, we'll merge
the two.
