4c. Variety of lists


The substring dictionary will use at most $400 bytes.

Enemy names and items take up closer to $800 bytes.
Because the extra layer of static encoding is used, we
can bump the limit to $A00 to be safe.

The two lists will be seperated and copied on-demand to RAM.
