Hi all, After some fiddling with ssh keys, I managed to connect to the fabulous compilefarm at sf.net, where a bunch of computers with different architectures and OS are available to compile the binaries of the projects. It is really convenient as one only has to login into the machine, run the lines needed to compile and package variscan and lftp it to the upload area. This weekend I added the Linux x86_64 binary of variscan-1.0.2 which joins the already available Linux-i386 and the OSX-ppc binaries we already had. The only thing that does not fits the deal is that right now people will go to download variscan from the UB ftp site pointed at www.ub.es/softevol/variscan. I propose that we change the links of the packages to the sf.net site, so that: (1) Interested mad scientist will look for variscan at www.ub.es/softevol/variscan. (2) Will click on the download link and be redirected to the sf.net download page, from where he/she will be able to pick the best binary for his/her architecture and OS. What do you reckon? Bests, Albert. |

Hi all,
I have updated the LaTeX documentation to reflect the changes in the
new singletons code along with the new vs2{format} scripts.
There is a pdf version in the CVS for everybody to peruse it, critique
it, and hopefully consider it a valid replacement to the doc-based pdf
documentation that I personally find much difficult to maintain:
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/variscan/variscan/doc/
Cheers,
Albert.
