Initial commit

These are verions of the DejaVu Sans Mono fonts which have been tweaked to be
more appropriate for using Greek letters, accents, and other special symbols in
source code.

So far I have mostly made changes to Infty; only a few have been made to
Infty-Oblique, and none to the others.
