twiggi web-based groupware Code

Removed branches, tags and trunk directory from the core module.
In the new layout they are no longer needed.

Moved to a new directory layout that can be used for testing.
Added COPYRIGHT file containing the copyright and license information.
Moved the core module to trunk.

Added readme.txt file to explain the layout of the twiggi 2 repository.
Added the layout of the first module, name core, which is the base module for twiggi2.
