Removed Smarty tar archive.
Updated COPYRIGHT file:
- Added information about Smarty and ADOdb.
- Updated the Twiggi web-based groupware license information.

Added initial support for database connections (using adodb).
Added initial support for template engines (using smarty).
Added initial support for the configuration file.
Added initial version of function core_print.

Updated readme.txt about the new directory layout.
Added the first steps of the core module and the index.php.

Removed branches, tags and trunk directory from the core module.
In the new layout they are no longer needed.

Moved to a new directory layout that can be used for testing.
