I had contacted before, about storyboard for TORCS
i have introduced a few new cars
but im running into quite some trouble
I have no idea what lod1.acc and lod2.acc is all about
can some1 explain what i should do in order to get that car fully working
i had tried to give the same file generated from accc as lod1 and lod2 but i
hadnt given a texture n all
so finally i got a ghostly image of a car fully black almost a shadow
moving around the place
anyways, as mentioned, im a noob
so need as much as i can

P.S.: i have completed about 4 tracks (Indian Locations) and ill upload it
asap once i finish with the objects. Also finished modifying a few cars also
and once the issue of the lod1 and lod2 etc are finished, will upload those
too.

Hi,

I'm trying to use torcs for a school project, but unfortunately  
(well, not really), I have a Mac.

So unless I want to spend all my time tied to the lab, I have to get  
torcs working on Intel Macs. Can someone help me in this quest? I  
probably need to get this done in the next couple of weeks, and I'm  
willing to put in time, but I need some guidance.

My Mac/UNIX dev tool skills aren't that great. For instance, I  
downloaded the 1.2.4 source and the 1.2.4 patch for OS X, but I'm not  
sure how to apply the patch. I usually use XCode, so I've been a  
little insulated from some things.

I posted to the torcs racing forum yesterday and got an offer of help  
from firechief, so hopefully that pans out, but I probably could use  
all the help I can get.

PS. My project, in case anyone is interested, involves using genetic  
algorithms to evolve racing bots. It should be pretty cool if it works.
