*BIG* CVS updates were done due to the *HUGE* work from Christophe.

You must now use PLIB 1.6.0 to compile TORCS

the enhancements are:

- new g-track-3 track: simply the *best* track for TORCS, huge work for 
robots writers ;-)
- better smoke, skidmarks
- some flames (work in progress), lens-flares

I have changed also the race selection (sorry for the missing practice 
mode). The difference between "quick race" and "simple race" is not very 
visible now but the "simple race" will be enhanced later with qualifs...

The drivers (robots and player) can choose between several skill levels 
from "rookie" to "pro".
the differences between the levels are the dammages and the tire behaviour.
The "semi-pro" level is the default for the robots, that corresponds to 
the values that were used before.
The car selection for the player has changed too, I'm not sure it is 
better now than before...

The players are now at the top of the drivers list in the drivers 
selection screen (and get the focus when selected).

The default camera is now a playable one.

The car panel now have 2 gauges for the fuel and dammages (ugly I should 
admit...), you can deactivate it with the "c" key.

The start of the race is not more in pause but the race starts at -3 
seconds.

The Win32 developpment should be easier now with the new setup_win32*bat 
commands to create the runtime tree from the CVS data.

- known bug: sometimes the program freezes... sorry for that.
