Implemented Cronjobs and finalized Test-Survey
- Test-Survey is now done in cronjobs to be executed in chunks and comply to mass-email-limits
- support different types of cronjobs (so far implemented only: "mail_custom" for test-survey)
- new Cronjob-Status-Page

Added 2 fields to configuration.php:
PROJECT_NAME (define during installation, so that it can be displayed in Browser-Title)
SYSTEM_MAIL_B (alternative e-mail-address, for example for test-survey, so that bouncing mails don't mess up the regular account)
