added translation for structure.enable_item , that caused errors before

changed wording in about-testmaker-page

"fixed" (bypassed) security error on displaying edit-logs. Error was caused by some edit-log-entries and revealed database-login-data in plaintext.
Commented out a command in EditLog.php (l.182)
Seems as nothing valuable has changed.

On login: remove delete-time for user (remove user from the deletion queue)
Now it is possible to override the confirmation-link with a simple login.

corrected calculation of _c correctness-variable on data-export.
values 98(skipped) and 99(timeout) for unanswered items are now given correctly.

removed duplicate error message which was shown when privacy policy is not accepted upon registration.
