Fixes another error, on Linux uppercase!=lowercase letters ;) its killTestStructureRedu.php, KillTestStructureRedu.php is not found

New Feature: Autorun a Test! In the lower right corner you can now enable autotesting. A Javascript then randomly selects answers and commits them.

Changed the GZCOMPRESSLVL Default from 5 to 6, this seems to be the sweetspot, Flash also uses lvl 6 as default compression

Fixed a Typo in Engl. Version on Delete Users Function

renamed "InstallKillTestStructureRedu..html" to the valid "InstallKillTestStructureRedu.html"

Changed the Testmaker Upload Function, only Letters, Numbers, _ - and . are valid Filename Chars now. (other chars like [] make problems with PREG matching)

Fixes that TM did not work under Linux. Due to session problems. Reason was that $_REQUEST no longer contains $_COOKIES by default since PHP 5.3. This is now a setting in php.ini.
