Fixes small error when renaming a test (subtest_inactive mustn't be null)

fixes 2895972 (function call by reference)

removed some not needed stopwatch entries

changed Doxyfile to relative path, load the Doxyfile into Doxygen and hit the "run Doxygen" Button. When finished open docs/html/index.html

hopefully final fix for 2878750 and 2893267, step was double increased when there where no more items in the block and the current page had only 1 item
