    Pros: Kristen responded immediately to my mobile app issue and resolved the problem promptly and professionally. Software/technology is only as good as the support behind it, and I have been very pleased with Kristen and Tracker overall during our first year of business. I definitely made the right choice.

    Cons: So far, I do not have any negatives to discuss. I am very pleased overall.

    Overall: I, admittedly, am not tech savvy, so accurate, timely customer support is paramount to the success of my business.

    Pros: I had someone managing my database and server. When he retired, I had no idea what to do because I wanted to manage my data but had NO IDEA how to do it. Tracker RMS made it possible for me to accomplish all of my goals in a completely customizable way.

    Cons: It took me a while to set up. It took longer than I thought, but I am glad I stuck with it. Allow me to share I am not a technical person.

    Overall: Tons of tutorials are available. Customer service is next-level awesome! I send them a video explaining my question and they send me back a video answering my question.

    Pros: I love the product itself, very intuitive, easy to use, great self-serve training and customization and very quick, responsive team of CS folks. Highly recommend Tracker I've used many ATS's and this is a current FAV!

    Cons: Nothing so far. Staffing cannot run efficiently with a good ATS and Tracker is proving to be everything promised!

    Overall: Really happy with our purchase! We are using it daily and adoption was easy and the ongoing training and CS is great! We evaluated Tracker in a previous company and they never pulled the trigger to purchase a true ATS. Staffing cannot run efficiently with a good ATS and Tracker is proving to be everything promised!

    Pros: Tracker offers an extremely easy, intuitive interface that makes onboarding and training with the program simpler. Everything is 100% customizable to the end user. It has provided a new level of organization and clarity to our data as well as allowed us to implement more automation in our day-to-day tasks - relieving time and pressure from our team members. The analytics tool from running campaigns and sequences provides great insight into our messaging. Their support team is extremely responsive & quick to action. Their knowledge, experience, and patience are greatly appreciated.

    Cons: While the CRM is user-friendly, some team members found the initial learning curve slightly steep, requiring a bit of time and training to fully grasp all its functionalities.

    Overall: Overall, my experience has been truly positive. Tracker has improved our efficiency & productivity while continuing to look ahead to ensure they're being the best CRM partner they can be. I recommend Tracker to companies that are in need of a scalable and efficient solution.

    "Tracker ATS - Brings Order to Chaos"

    Pros: The Tracker system provides an elegant and easy to navigate user interface that features all the necessary functions of an effective ATS. The Tracker Academy is a huge bonus - videos and help files are very important as a new user. Once the system is configured to your own processes, the workflow makes it easy to track candidates, leads, and client contacts, as well as to manage the sourcing, presentation, interview, rejection, offer and placement of resources in the system. The system allows for ease of collecting information from the candidates including due diligence documents required by clients/legislative bodies. The time entry/tracking system is a real bonus that allows for efficient and effective collection and management of 3rd party contractor time entry and approvals. The system has numerous automation features and now with AI, is becoming even more integral to our candidate/placement records management processes.

    Cons: Because there are so many features, it can take time to really understand how they work together and how the data flows through to really get the full benefit of all these features. This is just a matter of time and effort. Some of the naming conventions are inconsistent between the training videos and live DB, but I understand this is going to be resolved in the near future. Minor missing features such as the ability to store documents in certain record types, but this will come with time. The text editor in the templates section could use improvement as formatting can be a challenge. It would be nice to be able to pull all data into one file in order to filter and manipulate as needed, but the reports are good enough - just not the most intuitive. Once you get the hang of how data is stored, it becomes easier to build reports. The biggest CON is that clients don't get a 'sandbox' or test environment based on their own set up in which to trial new features, processes and workflows. This is the key difference between a 4 and 5 star review for me.

    Overall: Tracker is a customer service oriented company - they want you to use the system, and more importantly, they want your feedback and take every effort to improve based on their users. The customer support team we have been working with (Brittany) are amazing. They understand their product and their users' needs and they go above and beyond to help and resolve issues.

    Pros: Tracker's support team especially Andrew!
    They are readily available and always going the extra mile to help!

    Cons: Some of their UX Design.
    The interface can be confusing to navigate.

    Overall: First time using Tracker and had prior experience on a related ATS software. The Tracker Support Team have been wonderful to help learn the ins and outs of their software. It has been an amazing experience learning their software and the great features it has!
