Tovuti LMS

Pros: The most beautiful thing I seen in the Tovuti LMS is that it has a very attractive interface which keeps the teachers and students engaged during it's use and the overall software is very easy to handle and organize. There are a lot of features Tovuti provides, but the few basic are the virtual classes through video, white boards , raise hands, gamification and content libraries' etc.

Cons: Tovuti looks to be a well crafted and deep researched software and I didn't find any flaw whatsoever while using it.

Overall: Overall I am more than satisfied with this tool of Tovuti LMS and I think it has been a great decision to introduce and integrate this software in our organization. It has made the learning and study related things lot easier and comprehended.

Pros: The customer service is quick and responsive and very helpful. The front end for users can be made to be customized and easy to for users.

Cons: The virtual classroom needs more work. The screen sharing tool cuts off often, participants can get into the sessions to easily a waiting room would be nice.

Overall: Overall the experience from my end has been fair but I would definitely like to see changes made to the virtual classroom.

Pros: The ability to create custom software based off of Tovuti's APIs is great. As well the integration to SSO and IdP providers is a big plus.

Cons: Theres no headless options, though they do offer company branding.

Overall: It was a great experience. From talking to the sales guy and deploying the software. It was a breeze.

Pros: Being a faculty member Tovuti LMS helped me in solving many of my issues regarding management of my teaching courses and delivering my lectures online to students. Tovuti LMS also offers a very easy to understand and manageable interface for users and they doesn't need to have any special training to start using its functions. The support staff of Tovuti LMS is very knowledgeable and friendly and are always keen to help users in case of any queries.

Cons: I didn't see anything to dislike about Tovuti at my level of usage, and after all assessments and feedback from faculty and students I found a very positive response about Tovuti LMS.

Overall: Overall it was a great experience using Tovuti. We used Tovuti as a learning management system at our institution and I think it is a very beneficial tool in many ways to both teachers and students. The feature of social learning is very beneficial on a way that students doesn't have to rely to learn from their instructors only, instead they can learn from each other too by collaborating with each other by using this feature.

Pros: Tovuti is very customizable. The virtual classroom is a great tool for meeting with users and conducting trainings. The interactive content are creative and make our trainings more unique.

Cons: Tovuti is not the easiest LMS to master. It did take several months to become familiar with all aspects of the program. Thankfully, the help website is easy to use and the help team responds quickly to any questions.

Overall: Tovuti was able to help us standardize the company. Each new employee took the same trainings and learned the same materials. It has been very helpful.

Pros: The customer service has been beyond amazing. From our first conversation with Tovuti, they have been dedicated to helping us create exactly what we had envisioned. Their onboarding was four hour-long, one-on-one trainings where I was able to work directly with one of their employees on our course development. These meetings were recorded and sent for future reference, but also their customer service has resolved any and all minor questions I've had since within minutes! I am grateful for their product and its functionality, but the people are what set it above the rest.

Cons: With the software set up in a "course" format, there are some features that do not adapt to professional development activities as well (grades, etc.) but by no means are they a hinderance. They are just extra features we do not utilize.

Overall: From the start, it was clear that Tovuti was knowledgeable about the needs of their users and passionate about meeting those needs in a professional and honest manner. From their pricing structure to their communication to their onboarding, everything has been on brand and a perfect fit for our organization.

Our organization had been interested in the idea of implementing a learning management system for some time, but when the pandemic closed down our possibility of in-person events we turned to Tovuti. We were up and running in no time and have gotten very positive feedback from our users. We've even increased our ROI significantly over the in-person events we previously held.

Pros: The ease of use as well as dynamic learning options. The company has been leading the charge in innovation in the tech field.

Cons: The company met expectations to the fullest. Nothing to complain about.

Overall: Fantastic learning platform! Throughly enjoyed the utilization and the vast options the platform presents.

Pros: I love how easy it is to use the product. with others I find it hard to navigate and to actually get to what I want.

Cons: There really isn't much to not like. the product does exactly what it is supposed to.

Overall: My overall experience has been amazing. I have used other services in the past and this is by far the best one.

Pros: Tovuti offered a seamless solution to our companies E-learning needs. It was dynamic and engaging for our learners.

Cons: None, the company has met our expectations. Tovuti has taken the time to ensure that we were able to obtain adequate assistance in setting up the platform.

Overall: 10/10, Tovuti has ensured that we were able to meet our E-Learning objectives and hit the ground running with company goals.

Pros: Tovuti is an excellent LMS with many features not found on other learning management systems. As an instructional designers I appreciate the content management and authoring side of things.

Cons: Nothing that I don't like, but I am also looking for improvements in content creation and management that incorporate aspects of instructional design and sound project management.

Overall: Excellent. We use the system to create eLearning and host remote instructor-led courses for our largest clients. It has gone very smooth and I am not by purchasing that it was much more affordable than comparable learning management systems.

Pros: All in one platform for building a course, managing events and even subscriptions around a product. It's replaced a few other tools we have been using to accomplish these main tasks which is great as they all required a subscription. Shout out to the support too as they have been great helping us set it all up. The learning material answers 99% of the questions which is great.

Cons: Not much really, would be great to see some small features introduced that I chatted about with the support team but thats about it.

Overall: Easy to use, Feature rich and more updates constantly being added and customer service has been top notch.

Pros: This learning management system offers plethora of opportunities for learning, assessment and company organisation. When we onboard new staff we have an extensive training programme, but Tovuti helps to make this simple by breaking it down into courses and lessons that are easy to put together and create a truly engaging learning experience.
Quizzes and assessments are great ways to refresh our employee’s knowledge. Moreover, you can create virtual classrooms for live learning experiences. We have found this particularly useful due to the current COVID situation. Because of this we have been able to create a safer learning environment. Virtual classrooms allow students to interact with one another, share screens, draw on whiteboards, view webcams etc and Tovuti can take care of monitoring attendance etc.

We were also impressed with the additional events feature. Here you can create an event for your company with additional options to make it a paid event or add a waiting list. At our company we frequently like to create social events so this has been an unexpected but useful tool for us. You can also create courses that can be specifically accessed for an event too.

Cons: We honestly haven’t really come across any issues with this platform. Any questions or queries have always quickly been resolved with the fantastic support of the Tovuti team.

Overall: We’ve noticed our training is far more effective now than it was before as our employees are retaining more information thanks to the interactive elements and quizzes. We would highly recommend this platform for companies wanting to enhance their in house training.

Pros: Tovuti is an ideal option for anyone who wants to take care of their skills in the field of online management systems and more. I have already used other sites, but only here did I feel at home!

Cons: I don't think I can point out anything that bothered me.

Overall: Trouble-free contact and a friendly atmosphere in conversation with support staff is something that definitely distinguishes Tovuti from other services. I recommend it to all who want to develop their skills in the field of mobile or internet activities.

Pros: The software is user friendly once you learn the system. Everyone who works at the company has great customer service skills!

Cons: There are a couple options I need that are not available however they are currently working on making them available for our company!

Overall: I have had nothing but great customer service from Tovuti! Everyone that works there has gone over and beyond to help me however they can. They listen to their customer and really care about what works for us!

Pros: Tovuti is undoubtedly one of the best learning management system in the market and although it is in developing phase and yet have to add up and integrate many new features, but I see a great potential in this tool to be a extremely successful tool in near future. We introduced this tool on trial basis a little while ago mainly as a corporate learning management system for employees, so that people can learn and improve their skills in different fields while work from home period during lock down and this tool lived up to expectations we had from it. We successfully conducted online training, virtual skill enhancement classes and dispatching of e learning content among users. Tovuti helped a lot in all tasks very effectively and easily. Another positive thing I noticed in this tool was that it has very easy to understand interface and tabs, so users doesn't feel any difficulty while managing and using Tovuti. Above all Tovuti has very professional and friendly customer support, who is always available to help you whenever you need any support or solution for any issue. There are many useful tools available in the Tovuti, among which I think Virtual classroom ,management of events at your own and integration of different third-party applications and single sign on are the features I liked the most in Tovuti.

Cons: The price of PRO Version of the Tovuti is bit high and need to be lessen as there are many other competitors in the market with same trade, which are cheaper as compared to this tool. Another thing which I would like to see in Tovuti is availability of proper applications for android and IOS devices for better mobility.

Overall: Our organization used Tovuti platform for employee's online training programs by engaging them through online classes and lectures. This tool is also used by me for sharing and managing digital learning contents, conducting virtual classes and building customized reports and dashboards. Tovuti also provided a very interesting feature too along with learning experience to engage and refresh users, which is Gamification. My experience and assessment about using this tool is very positive and I feel it benefited in many ways in terms of learning, management and skill enhancement of users. Overall Tovuti is a very helpful and comprehensive learning management tool with many strong and versatile features within it. We used it to make our own content library by uploading our existing content and data bank of the organization, so every authorized user can access it with ease. Tovuti also solved the problem of sharing multiple presentations for helping in integrated and interactive study among the users .

Pros: The virtual classroom is great for all of the options it grants, and the customization options are pretty fantastic.

Cons: The interface is not the easiest to navigate, both backend and on the consumer side. There are a few areas that customization could be implemented ideally.

Overall: Overall, this has been a great start to getting our full online learning presence active. Tovuti's customer service has been excellent and they have been working closely with us to get us all of the solutions they can.

Pros: Tovuti has an incredible way of integrating many of the pieces needed to create truly engaging virtual experiences with an audience.

Cons: They are still working out some minor bugs and some of the features need a little tweaking.

Overall: Tovuti has given us the opportunity to provide a truly immersive classroom teaching experience by integrating coursework and virtual classrooms with interactive content and social options like forums and groups.

Pros: I LOVE the interactive activities that can be utilized to deepen and reinforce learning in the courses. The willingness of the company to act on and live their organizational mission and vision is refreshing. It also means they are willing to help us grow that cutting edge, listening to ur needs and considering what they can do to push the envelope with us.

Cons: It is a little less than user intuitive as a creator of content. There are certain features that require deeper understanding to be able to use well. The support videos aren't always as up to date as needed to allow administrators to feel as confident in these gray areas.

Overall: As an educational organization designing for teachers and adult users, Tovuti has the creative ability to push the cutting edge of distance learning allowing us to lead as innovators.

Pros: With the help of Tovuti we were able to setup a portal to share our courses and also create an international marketplace for selling the same. The dashboards have helped us efficiently monitor and collaborate with the learners based on their needs and activity. It also provides insights for each courses which can be used for finding the scope of improvement.

Cons: There aren't a lot of feature specific tutorials available hence has a bit of a learning curve especially for the non-tech users.

Overall: We were able to create our leaning portal easily and with the help of the reporting tools available we were able to track the engagement level of our learns thus helping us improve our scope and refine our courses further.

Pros: We've been using Tovuti for just a few months, but the end-user experience is absolutely gorgeous and professional in its look/feel. Our clients are so happy with the platform and have enjoyed an easy, positive experience from day one. The client landing pages are highly customizable, so we're able to tailor each client's needs down to great detail. In addition to that, their team is phenomenal. They have been insanely patient and present with us through the whole onboarding process and beyond. They truly care about their customers and we haven't regretted the transition once.

Cons: We didn't have people with strong technical backgrounds on the team when we started with Tovuti so the learning curve was steep with learning the back end. It could be a challenge without a coding background.

Overall: We were using another third-party e-learning platform that didn’t allow us to interact with our clients the way Tovuti does. We were also confident in moving to Tovuti because of the volume of data and users they could accommodate. Everything we need as a company to serve our clients lives right on the platform (community feeds, live classes, etc). Tovuti is allowing us to scale in a fast and easy way.
