"Sitejet is a great investment" Posted 2020-09-14
Pros: I like that you offer the possibility to manage jobs like a real web agency. I solve most of the problems I encounter thanks to the information I find in your Academy.
Cons: I don't find it optimal that some changes can be made in several places and not just in one. It would be great for the future to have everything on one menu.
Overall: The experience so far has been very good and since I've only been working on it for a couple of weeks I hope it gets even better over time!

"Excellent Website Builder For Freelancers" Posted 2020-09-02
Pros: Sitejet has a solid CMS in which to design and build sites. At the Team tier of pricing, which is ridiculously affordable compared to competitors such as Duda or Pixel Together, you can export code if you already have an existing shared hosting plan. The client portal is simple and allows the designer to designate editable fields at multiple levels (from site, to page, to elements of a type, to a specific element.) You have access to the code, and can insert custom CSS wherever required. I recommend you having a go with a trial to see if you it works for you.
Cons: The only Con I've found is the limited first level domain names you can register through them.
Overall: Overall Sitejet is a brilliant contender in the arena of website builders built for designers who have clients. i. e. freelancers and agencies. In the arena are the likes of Wix (specifically with their new Editor X), and other behemoths.

"Professional design platform" Edited 2020-08-29
Pros: All-in-one professional and quality platform.
The developed CMS is surprising in its functionalities and the coupling with the CRM is a success.
Sitejet brilliantly accompanies freelancers and agencies who wish to be able to offer their clients quality services.
The possibility offered by Sitejet to quickly build websites is simply brilliant and very well designed.
The available customer portal makes the Sitejet solution more scalable and marketable.Cons: There is no inconvenience, just improvements such as:
I would like in the future to benefit from PRESETS and offer the possibility to create PRESETS from scratch.
At the collection level, to be able to change the order of the defined fields.
To be able to change the language of the CMS especially for end customers.
For the client portal, to have the possibility to add directly on the images posted by the client the ALT SEO.
To be able to parameterize the functionalities of the customer portal.Overall: Congratulations to all the Sitejet team for their work and regular updates.

"Sitejet - Best All Rounder Site Design As A Service" Posted 2020-08-13
Pros: Sitejet offers a great all-round service for professional web designers looking to strike out on their own. The pricing is very reasonable compared to some of their competitors, especially at the equivalent tier offering code export. The user interface is easy to use and reasonably intuitive. The client portal is something not offered in most other similar services. This allows you, the designer, to mimic what the client will see, and so will help you improve your offering.
Cons: The documentation of some of the features could use a bit of work in the area of administration, back end stuff, and domains. Some of the advice on configuring domains through Cpanel doesn't match what I see from my end.
Overall: All in all, I would recommend Sitejet to designers at all levels.

""The Great Escape" oder auf Deutsch "Gesprengte Ketten"" Posted 2020-05-16
Pros: For the first time in over 20 years, with Sitejet I feel that I am no longer dependent on the programmers. Where it used to be said: "This is not possible", "It is too complex", "It costs too much to program", "Why mistakes, everything runs as we spelled out" ... etc. I have none of that heard more since I implemented the first projects with Sitejet. That is the reason why I chose "The Great Escape" in German "Gesprengte Ketten" ="Broken Chains" as the title for my review.
What needs to be mentioned is the customer service. In all my professional life, I have never seen customer service as fast, competent, reliable, attentive and goal-oriented as with Sitejet. Bravo.Cons: At the moment I haven't found anything that I don't like.
Overall: A relief from the dependency of the programmers. Not only for "small" websites, but also for very complex website services or startup ideas. Best web design platform I know. Everything you need and a little much more.

"A Good Website Builder" Posted 2020-05-13
Pros: Sitejet makes it easy to keep everything that is needed to design websites for clients all in one place. The best feature is the ability to capture the client edits and notes and to then integrate that seamlessly into tasks.
Sitejet has a lot of templates which look good out of the box with little to no changes. They are adding to these templates as the platform evolves. If you are putting together some niche sites then these can be a great place to start, and if you are running an agency they can make getting a demo set up for a client fast and easy.Cons: I haven't come across anything I really dislike yet. If I had to list something, then the main thing is I wish it offered stock images in the system so that I didn't have to use another service. It would make it faster if it had everything right there.
Overall: The platform has been built for everything that you would need for your own website or to build your website business. Hosting, website editing, emails, and customer data with its own CRM.

There is a bit of a learning curve as with anything that you change from your usual processes. Fortunately they have a great support team who are very responsive and customer focused as well as dedicated help documentation and videos that help a lot. -

"Intuitive, Easy to Use & Great Looking" Posted 2020-05-13
Pros: - Intuitive
- Many functionalities
- Great-looking templates that can be mixed individually
- Great customer service
- AffordableCons: - Some of the less intuitive functions for website customization could be documented better, the user sometimes has to experiment to find out what a certain function does.
Overall: This is a great product I use for my start-up's website - I fully recommend it, especially because of the helpful customer service.

"LOVE SITEJET AND ALL THE TEAM!!! 100% RECOMMEND" Posted 2020-05-07
Pros: The support team are next to none! They truly are amazing, they work with you like you are part of the team and nothing you could ask them would ever be too much! The platform itself is fairly easy to use and even if you was to get stuck one something the support team would jump right in and help you . The CMS is great, templates are great, presets are great, of course you can build your own custom HTML, JavaScript & CSS too. I can not give SiteJet enough credit for what they do and the support they offer. They are problem solvers and that's what we like :)
Cons: I would struggle to find some cons and as I am typing I am thinking. But I really can not think of any in all honesty, maybe if I do pick out some cons I will edit the review.
Overall: My overall experience with SiteJet has been nothing but pleasant. They have helped me with every enquiry I have ever had and have even made specific video tutorials personalised and tailored for me as a response, can you get any better than that?

"Best Website Tool" Posted 2020-04-27
Pros: Sitejet makes it really easy to create magnificent websites, manage them all in one portal, while allowing customers to give feedback and edit content. Sitejet is very open to features requested by its users, which is makes it a very user friendly. I love that one can easily edit every part of the website in a WYSIWYG editor, as well as give the client editable access to certain areas. In addition, the quality of the templates has definitely improved in the last couple of months. I also like the help button which guides you through the steps to build a site, it makes it very easy to get started (especially for newbies).
Cons: There is nothing that I dislike with Sitejet or at least nothing worth mention. Even the pricing is reasonable.
Overall: Sitejet makes it simple and easy to build websites. It's the most powerful yet simplest tool on the internet you need for every step of the process of building a webpage.

Pros: Their design is great, interface easy to use (once you are used to it) and pricing really competitive
Cons: Looks a bit technical at first, times to get used to the interface
Overall: I am a marketer, no designer or coder, so the interface looked a bit complicated at first. I quickly understood it was only like that the time I get use to their interface. Then, it was really easy to use.

"SiteJet is Perfect for Agencies" Posted 2020-03-05
Pros: SiteJet's biggest strengths are in its CMS/CRM, and its Support. The CMS allows me to go from managing 6-8 clients at once to 15+. It is by far the easiest to integrate custom HTML, CSS, & Javascript. And the support team is always willing to go the extra mile to jump into your project to help you out. It really is an accessible small community rather than a large corporation that you don't feel like you can actually talk to.
Cons: If there are any cons, SiteJet has a rolling feature request that is always rolling out new features based on client feedback.
In general, sometimes the CMS glitches and I have to clear my browser cache and cookies to reset it. That's the only annoying thing that I'm sure is being targeted to be fixed.
Support hours are a bit lessened, just because the company is scaling with its growth.Overall: Overall? 10/10, this is the only CMS I plan to use for the next 5 years.

"A must Have for anyone that wants to create beautiful sites without the complexity of WP" Posted 2019-11-28
Pros: Extremely easy to create amazing websites and manage them all in one place. Another benefit is that it allows customers to provide feedback and edit content. Super user-friendly and customer-centric philosophy allowing users to request features. I really like the interface and also the fact that customer support is amazing and they are constantly making improvements to the product
Cons: Since it is a new platform it is still experiencing some growing pains and some constant upgrades, make sure that you are monitoring and understanding all of the updates. However, they are on top of the product and the constant improvements give me confidence that they will continue to care about the app.
Overall: Managing all customer and personal sites all in one place is a great time saver. Also, the templates are of top quality and easy to manipulate with their drag and drop interface. I am super happy with the amazing designs, which result in a beautiful site that is made quickly and easily.
