Pros: The website is very easy to order. You guys should have an app that we are able to use. Stuff gets shipped fast and in a timely manner.

Cons: Sometimes its a hassle to send stuff back. Since we are in the field, we should be able to add stuff we need instead of going through specific channels.

Pros: Order.co makes ordering for you origination and business super easy. The delivery time is unbelievable. The site is easy to use!

Cons: Once you figure out the navigation there are no cons.

Overall: Overall Order.co is one of the best I have seen thus far! I appreciate the ease of ordering and having it shipped straight to the door. They even code it correctly for our finance department.

Pros: The Platform is easy to use and track orders. I love the set up to search for items and view online.

Cons: I'd like to see a way to flag an order that is not complete, making it easy to sort.

Overall: My experience has been very positive with Order.co! The ease from which to order products makes my job easier. Any issues are quickly resolved by the Order Team.

Pros: I love the organization on the website, the ease of user ability, and the prompt responsive orders. Being able to find what I need when I need it and being able to track orders has made my job easier.

Cons: I'd like to be able to add items we may need without going to another person. Maybe have like a spot where I'd like to add this item and a supervisor or purchasing team member can approve the add or deny it.

Overall: Overall it has been a great addition to our company. We have not had a smooth purchasing program before we added this.

Pros: We order once a month only. It' s been ok so far with ordering supplies on line. If I have a problem I just look under the search and look what I need and if I can't the answer that I need then I will send an e-mail out. Usually I will get a response immediately. The prices are pretty good and we get discounts. My favorite place to order our supplies is from Staples.

Cons: The only I can is sometimes when ordering even from the same place all the supplies don't come in all at once. Sometimes it takes a while to get our supplies. I even have to call to see when will be receiving our orders and that is a process it self. I didn't like the fact that when we order from AMAZON the Dyson Vacuum we had to return it back and they charge us for the return of the Dyson. I feel that we shouldn't had to pay for the return. We had to order another Dyson Vacuum this time, we order it from Costco and it came pretty fast.

Overall: I would say ordering supplies it's really easy. The prices are easy to look at and like at Staples it always shows if something is on sale. I like to order from Staples mostly.

Overall: I was skeptical to start using yet another supply company... but I have been very pleased with the results.

Pros: I love the budget feature on the top right so I can track my spending for the month. It is so easy for me to ask my superior to add products that I think will be useful.

Cons: I wish shipping was automatically calculated in the check-out so you can see how it affects your monthly budget. I don't think you see that like you do when you are shopping.

Overall: I love it. I feel that I get exactly what I need for supplies so my staff is happy. It is fun to use. The email updates on shipping and delivery are helpful.

Cons: Just the process of loading all the products and vendors. But once that is complete, ordering is very easy.

Overall: Overall it has been a great experience. I was hesitant at first as I thought this was just adding a middle man to our ordering process but it has been super smooth. I love having a one stop shop for ordering. Made keeping up with inventory very easy.

Cons: - support sometimes takes a few days to reply, but when they do, they take action quickly.

Overall: If your looking for a system that works great and easy to use, this is the system for you. Your accounting department will thank you.

Pros: I love being able to set schedules and have items that we use regularly come to the store automatically. The bonus of being able to see what others within the organization are getting helps us generate great ideas.

Cons: Some ordering minimums and canceled items can have an exceedingly long delay in arriving.

Overall: I love Order.co and I’ve used it at two businesses I’ve worked for. One of which had close to 500 employees and now a much smaller organization.

Pros: I like the ease of using this program. That it shows all items ordered (and where they are coming from) under a particular P.O. number.

Cons: I don't care for the split orders, that don't allow you to receive materials if you're still waiting on vendor approval for a portion of the order.

Overall: I am satisfied with the program and the ability to search P.O. numbers, etc.

Cons: Takes a minute for a new product to upload and add to cart, so may take a while to place the order.

Overall: I think its a great site. Easy to use. Easy to navigate. Good aesthetics. Orders saved so I can reuse.

Pros: I love that when a product is out of stock, they find the replacement for you! It makes shopping for the large scale that we use it that much easier on me as the superuser!

Cons: Replacement items chosen by Order could be better - they do not always match what was typed in as substitution details, especially knowing we use these products with children

Overall: Any time I have needed to utilize Order Support they are more than helpful!! Especially Jasmine - she always goes above and beyond to help me even if it takes a couple of times to come to a solution.

Pros: Easy to buy items from any website and return items from any website; excellent customer service and quick responses to questions and inquiries.

Cons: Navigating the user interface takes some time to get used to. Additionally, I wish to be able to move items directly from my cart to my Product Lists" save for a later date.

Overall: This platform is an excellent solution for organizations to purchase supplies and monitor spending across multiple websites easily and efficiently. I highly recommend it.

Pros: I can easily order and reorder Law Firm specialty products. Order handles ALL of the issues associated with ordering supplies for me, returns and all. I can add any item and if the item is out of stock at the store I selected, Order will automatically have a team member search for the same product elsewhere and for the best deal so we don't have to miss out on important items. Order has even found better and cheaper versions of the items we normally purchase that I have now used exclusively since.

Cons: The only trouble I have is with the layout, I think for a new user it can be a little confusing to find what you're looking for.

Overall: Order has been a life saver for me. I work in the billing department at our Law Firm and ended up having the Supply ordering tacked onto my already heavy workload. This program has made ordering a breeze. Any issues I have, I send the team a message and they get right back to me with a fix. All of the specialty items we order are in my list and I can simply add them to my cart and checkout in less than a minute.

Pros: I like the accessibility of the platform. It is super easy and convenient to use and my orders are processed so quickly.

Cons: Not having all the inventory supplies available to order that I need. This is no fault to this platform but getting the appropriate approval from my company to upload and customize our repository.

Overall: I think Order.co is a very functional product and streamlines our bulk inventory ordering process. Also very user friendly.

Cons: Would like to be alerted when product swaps occur ahead of time and for approval rather than a product being pre-selected for us. Removed potential error or need for returns.

Overall: Super! Would definitely recommend this platform to any companies that order from multiple stores/companies as this is way more user friendly and very easy to navigate.

Cons: The item we need is not always there and there are many steps to have items added.

Overall: Overall it's nice to have quick access to our spending. Having a system like this allows all levels of the company to make critical decisions on purchases and cost savings.

Cons: Sometimes I order things for two different sites, and it would be helpful if I could multiply the items on the same cart and add the different destination.

Overall: I like using Order.co because it keeps my orders on track and with constant updates about my orders.
