OnBoard Board Management Software

Pros: It's easy to learn how to use it, and even if you forget something, it's intuitive enough to figure it out.

Cons: When we started using the site a year ago, there was a slight delay between typing and having it show up on the the screen, though this has been resolved.

Overall: Our Board members found it easy to learn how to use the site. In March 2020, when everyone was working from home, it was incredibly helpful to have OnBoard already in place for our Board meetings so there was no interruption of access to materials/information.

Pros: The software is so seamless from start of implementation to finish and beyond. What's more is our board members absolutely love how user friendly it is. Also, the app is very easy to use. Best decision we have made to switch to OnBoard.

Cons: There is nothing we don't like about the software.

Overall: Our experience has been nothing but positive. I promise you will be so happy with your decision to implement OnBoard.

Cons: - Having to re-build books after clicking on a loaded document.

Overall: I have been very satisfied with the software thus far. It has really eased the facilitation of board meetings.

Pros: The software is very easy to use. It eliminates the need for paper and allows for quick and efficient board packet generation and dissemination. It also makes it extremely easy to make additions and revisions to the disseminated packet.

Cons: The price continues to increase annually by 4-6% and may exceed the value of the software in the future.

Overall: My experience is positive. Transitioning to the software has saved time and resources when preparing for board meetings and accomplishing tasks such as e-signature during and in between board meetings. Customer support is quick to respond via email or telephone and resolves most issues immediately.

Pros: Easy to create and manage content. Support is great when you need them. Easy to add and manage users.

Cons: There isn't an option for an admin user that does use one of your paid licenses.

Overall: This product replaced Microsoft One Note and has been great. Access from any internet connected dive has been terrific for IT to manage.

Pros: Ease of uploading agendas from Word.
Great site organization.

Variety of permissions settings.

Cons: Wish it had presenter mode.
would like the board book to include the agenda at the front of it.

Overall: Onboard is our organization's first stab at online board management, and we have been very impressed. It is intuitive, easy to use, and has lots of helpful features.
