Nectar

Pros: Nectar is a great way to provide positive feedback and boost morale in the workplace. The site is quite easy to navigate, making it a great platform.

Cons: At first, the point method did not seem to suffice, however after adjusting we were able to make it work!

Overall: Overall, Nectar has shown a positive light on morale throughout our company. We did not have a recognition platform in place previously.

Pros: I love being able to recognize coworkers for their hard work, teamwork and positive attitude.

Cons: The only Con for myself is that when you recognize a fellow coworker it shows everyone in the facility. Most times we like to recognize a coworker for their hard work but don't want to hurt others feelings by displaying points given to someone specific. It would be nice to be able to recognize someone privately.

Overall: My overall experience has been very positive and uplifting to myself and coworkers. We like being able to earn points for doing a good job and knowing that others care and recognize our positivity and teamwork.

Pros: Ease of using the system, makes work fun, makes for a better day.

Cons: Don't have any dislikes at this time.

Overall: I enjoy using Nectar, it motivates me when I receive a shout out or recognition.

Pros: Love that they are very focused on creating almost like a social media for employees. People are getting so used to seeking and giving recognition through social media and they are creating the same type of feel for employee recognition.

Cons: If I had to say one thing, it's simply that they are newer. But they have shown that they are one of the more innovative products and teams on the market. So being newer isn't always a bad thing. A fresh perspective and new thinking.

Overall: Awesome! The team really is great and very willing to listen to feedback to provide the best product!
