Pros: I purchased ELD Mandate ELD devices. I did not work or not activated. I paid paid for 12 months subscription. They never refunded me and they have been drawing monthly subscription online.

When I contacted them for refund. They cut the line. ELD Mandate is a scam company, needs to be report to FMSCA or US DOT.

Cons: Could not connect to internet.

Overall: No signal.

Pros: N/A.

Cons: I purchased 1 year and I didn't activate the account, I canceled and the never refunded me.

Overall: They are crooks, don't recommend them.
