Pros: I like the template feature by which I can be able to map the multiple products at a time and that helps me to save my time and the support service is also great. Helped me to create the template and guided me all the way.

Overall: They have the most helpful team I have ever worked with. They are patient and kind and help me when I get stuck. They make the process very easy to follow. I love working with them. Thank you so much.

Cons: For a first time user it's a bit of a challenge to navigate, though the support from the team made it simple.

Overall: Overall I am pleased with the App and mostly the support from the Staff is Commendable. I was having trouble uploading my products and I had a 1:1 call and was able to sort my issues! Job well done.

Pros: Minimal clicks required to sync from both apps and clear interface. This app will save me a lot of maintenance time.

Pros: The pro's are that the system works in automation and there is a template to modify you attributes....the program is very smooth.

Cons: Can't find any so far and I can't imagine I will and if I do they have a great support team..very quick and knowledgeable.

Overall: I'm enjoying the use of this program and I recommend it to anyone who wants to save time when they are using it on a daily basis.

Pros: Ayush, you are awesome. Pro is that there is a team to help you. You can always contact the support group easily.

Cons: I had a hard time uploading my products, but Ayush was so helpful and patient in walking me through step by step.

Overall: This is my first time and it is a strong learning curve with the integration system from Shopify to Amazon but the support group is great. More than any platform I used before. Thank you!!

Pros: Order and product sync works flawlessly. easy to setup once you work out profiles and templates, manage tracking numbers and orders from Shopify.

Cons: None yet. we haven't found anything yet that support couldn't fix.

Overall: Great so far, great support, easy to use and fast order and tracking number syncing. Recommend to anyone looking for an easy option.

Pros: Fast responses to meet our needs that will solve issues quicker. The team we work with seems to be attentive to our needs and replies quickly to our concerns.

Cons: Having issues with connections from time to time, but the CedCommerce team seems to be quick in their replies.

Overall: We all know issues will occur from time to time, but the most important thing is to get them fixed so businesses can continue to operate.

Pros: CedCommerce staff is very patience to guide you thru the steps even you are not tech savvy. The team can fix and resolved the problem. Special thanks Neha Rajput with the efficiency to deal with the matter.

Cons: The apps is hard to figure it if you are not tech savvy. Also the app price should be a bit cheaper or have trails period 30-60days to help clients to figure it around.

I would like to see more update or training video for step by step guide.

Overall: I am happy with the outcome when quickly response my enquires or problems. They required more update or training video to help new users.

Pros: I am new to the platform, and I have been struggling to get my products uploaded to Amazon over the last few days.

Cons: However, the support has been excellent! Nupur and the other support techs have been very patient and helpful in assisting me along the way and I really appreciate their help!

Overall: It has been a pain trying to use this product, but I'm happy the support is as great as it is because it would be even more stressful otherwise.

Pros: Excellent app function. Best customer service. Very easy to use and it saves me hours of work. I am obsessed!

Cons: There are absolutely zero cons to this app. Anytime I got stuck, they resolved it.

Overall: The customer service is what makes this app the absolute best. It's nothing short of incredible. They go above and beyond. SO SO grateful for this team!

Overall: Good app. easy to use, Really helpful to push and set my products from Shopify to Amazon and on top of that, very good support team.

Pros: Customer Service is hands down the BEST. Always there to help and solve problems night and day. Quick to answer and super knowledgeable. Connection between any channel other than your store is tricky and it is SOOO important to have good people guiding you. I have been with 2 other channel connector apps and they pale in comparison to CED. I have my Shopify store connected to Etsy and Ebay apps with CED.

Cons: It is complicated but that is the nature of the beast. You won't find any other company that does it this well.

Overall: Customer Service is hands down the BEST. Always there to help and solve problems night and day. Quick to answer and super knowledgeable. Sales are up HUGE with the connections I have between my Shopify store and Ebay/Etsy. Fantastic and never looking back. Keep doing what you are doing!

Overall: We orginally used the official eBay app to connect our Shopify store to eBay.
When the eBay app ended, we used another app which we already used to connect our store to Amazon.
However, we decided to switch over to CED Commerce based on price, the monthly fee was the same as the app we were using, but they have the option to pay for 1 year subscription which equates to a much better rate.

There were a few issues when changing over, but the customer service from the team at CED Commerce (mainly dealing with Vishal) was outstanding. They helped resolved all the issues.

Compared to all the apps we have used for our Shopify store, this is hand downs the best for customer service.

I would recommend their service to anyone wanting to sync their products on Shopify to larger pre existing marketing ecosystems such as Amazon and eBay.

Pros: It is easy to setup and continue to do eBay listings. Help is available 24/7 and the follow-up to ensure all is good is fantastic.

Cons: Searching products could be easier but that is a personal preference.

Overall: If you need a way to sync your products from Shopify to eBay, this is the perfect solution. It is easy to setup and use. With all the support you could possibly need.

Cons: There is not anything at this time time that i do not like about CedCommerce. They have been an absolute delight to work with.

Pros: The customer support is very responsive and on top of trying to fix any issues you may have. They allow interaction through Skype messenger which is a lot faster than email.

Cons: Sometimes it is difficult to add new products and have it sync with Amazon. This is mainly Amazon's fault since they are particular with certain aspects of a product and brands.

Overall: We are satisfied with the product. It allows us to sync our Shopify inventory with Amazon. The customer support is also very responsive and helpful.
