OptiKey is an assistive on-screen keyboard designed to bring keyboard control, mouse control and speech to people with motor and speech limitations. Completely free, open source and compatible with low cost eye-tracking devices, it is a great alternative to often expensive and complicated AAC (alternative and augmentative communication) products. It can also be used as an alternative to a physical keyboard or mouse.
OptiKey runs on Windows and works right out of the box once an eye-tracking device is installed. Without an eye-tracking device however it can still be used with a mouse or webcam.

I could not believe there is a one star review for this software, because it works great when used correctly. I would be happy to help you configuring the Optikey, instead of you discouraging people from using it with such nonsense review. I am suffering from MND and this great tool is priceless I can't imagine my work without it! Priceless piece of software. I use it with Tobii 4C eyetracker on Win10. Thank you Julius!

One of the worst software I've ever seen on sourceforge. My system turns completely CONFUSED after I installed and run the Optikey. This creates A LOT of same windows (of the same keyboard layout) and you can not shut it down easily. The system user gets totally confused! Some previously opened processes change the user! The webcam DOES NOT work, the installation is bad. It has no help file. This program sucks.
