This is the Open Storage Toolkit. It contains a variety of storage systems research software dating back to 2001. You'll find one of the first iSCSI initiator implementations (for kernels 2.4, 2.6 and 3.x), a user-level iSCSI target (udisk) that's still compatible with the Linux initiator (as of kernel version 5.x), the first implementation of Object-based Storage Devices (kernel version 2.4), and an implementation of Differentiated Storage Services (kernel versions 3.11.10 and 4.13.2).

A 3D Free Finite element Program. Still under development but already working: solves the steady state Navier-Lamé and the Laplace equation in 3D on tetrahedrons. It uses the Intel MKL and NVIDIA CUDA library for solving. GSL support needs to be improved. Open CL is still missing. In addition to the numerical core (which can be used stand-alone), another project called mcf exists for using ffp as a FEFLOW plug-in. -

The first parallel and distributed library for pairwise correlation/dependence computation on Intel Xeon Phi clusters. This library is written in C++ template classes and achieves high speed by exploring the SIMD-instruction-level and thread-level parallelism within Xeon Phis as well as accelerator-level parallelism among multiple Xeon Phis. To facilitate balanced workload distribution, we have proposed a general framework for symmetric all-pairs computation by building provable bijective functions between job identifier and coordinate space for the first time. -
