This code works best with the NodeMCU V2 ESP8266 module and an 0.96" OLED display. To get you up and running in no time we created a kit that contains all the necessary parts. By buying this and other kits from us you are funding the maintenance and development of this library. Make sure you use a version of the Arduino IDE which is supported by the ESP8266 platform. If you are using the PlatformIO environment for building, choose one of the available IDE integration or the Atom-based IDE, install libraries 561, 562, and 563 with "platformio lib install", adapt the WeatherStationDemo.ino file to your needs. The motivation of this project is to monitor and control several energy-sources like wind generators or solar panels. MeteoStaionNM is application for weather station WS1080(WH1080, National Geographic: 265 NE) on platform linux Ubuntu (Kubuntu). Next, application creating picture file PNG with picture of widged Application, which is possible upload to WEBPage. The Application is written in C++. For exaple, You can open SOURCE code in Qt Creator (download on a web page NOKIA) and compile for Your OS (Windows, Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Symbian etc...). Application is not tested for Windows!!! Notice: You must set permissions of the USB device in the application USERS AND GROUP on the Ubuntu. Personal Weather Station is a simple educational project used for learning various skills in electronics and programming. The station will collect the data using a couple of sensors connected to a micro-controller. Collected data will be uploaded to an online weather server where visitors can see the collected data. Multiple stations can send data to the weather website and visitors can select which station to see using a simple search or selecting from a map.
