SCons is a software construction tool that is a superior alternative to the classic "Make" build tool that we all know and love. SCons is implemented as a Python script and set of modules, and SCons "configuration files" are actually executed as Python scripts. This gives SCons many powerful capabilities not found in other software build tools. We make SCons available in three distinct packages, for different purposes. - The scons package is the basic package to install SCons. You don't need any other package if you just want to try out SCons. - The scons-local package executes as a SCons standalone, out of a local directory. POSIX Threads for Windows

Also known as "pthreads-win32", POSIX Threads for Windows implements a large subset of the threads related API from the Single Unix Specification Version 3. Conformance and quality are high priorities of this mature library. Development began in 1998 and has continued with numerous significant professional contributions. Please note:- whilst PThreads4W can be built and run by it, MinGW64 includes it's own default POSIX Threads library called "winpthreads". The two are not compatible and in order to build and run PThreads4W (formerly PThreads-WIn32) MinGW64 must be installed without win32pthreads. If you want or need to build and run with PThreads4W then you need to choose win32 threading instead of POSIX when you install MinGW64 to not install the conflicting winpthreads include and library files. -

ILSpy
.NET Decompiler with support for PDB generation, ReadyToRun, Metadata
ILSpy is the open-source .NET assembly browser and decompiler. Visual Studio 2022 ships with decompilation support for F12 enabled by default (using our engine v7.1). In Visual Studio 2019, you have to manually enable F12 support. Go to Tools / Options / Text Editor / C# / Advanced and check Enable navigation to decompiled source. C# for Visual Studio Code ships with decompilation support as well. To enable, activate the setting "Enable Decompilation Support. ILSpy is distributed under the MIT License. Please see the About doc for details, as well as third-party notices for included open-source libraries. Visual Studio 16.3 and later include a version of the .NET (Core) SDK that is managed by the Visual Studio installer - once you update, it may get upgraded too. Please note that ILSpy is only compatible with the .NET 6.0 SDK and Visual Studio will refuse to load some projects in the solution. -

BepInEx is a plugin / modding framework for Unity Mono, IL2CPP, and .NET framework games (XNA, FNA, MonoGame, etc.) Stable builds are released once a new iteration of BepInEx is considered feature-complete. They have the least bugs, but some newest features might not be available. Bleeding edge builds are available on BepisBuilds. Bleeding edge builds are always the latest builds of the source code. Thus they are the opposite to stable builds: they have the newest features and bugfixes available, but usually tend to be the most buggy. Therefore you should use bleeding edge builds only if you are asked to or if you want to preview the upcoming version of BepInEx. Some games require some additional changes in order to work around specific limitations of different Unity versions. -

It features all the state-of-the-art characteristics of low-power chips, including fine-grained clock gating, multiple power modes,and dynamic power scaling. For instance, in a low-power IoT sensor hub application scenario, ESP32 is woken-up periodically and only when a specified condition is detected. The low-duty cycle is used to minimize the amount of energy that the chip expends. The output of the power amplifier is also adjustable, thus contributing to an optimal trade-off between communication range, data rate and power consumption. flex is a tool for generating scanners
flex is a tool for generating scanners. A scanner, sometimes called a tokenizer, is a program which recognizes lexical patterns in text. The flex program reads user-specified input files, or its standard input if no file names are given, for a description of a scanner to generate. The description is in the form of pairs of regular expressions and C code, called rules. Flex generates a C source file named, "lex.yy.c", which defines the function yylex(). The file "lex.yy.c" can be compiled and linked to produce an executable. When the executable is run, it analyzes its input for occurrences of text matching the regular expressions for each rule. Whenever it finds a match, it executes the corresponding C code. -

Dependencies
A rewrite of the old legacy software "depends.exe" in C# for Windows
Dependencies is a rewrite of the legacy software Dependency Walker which was shipped along Windows SDKs, but whose development stopped around 2006. Dependencies can help Windows developers troubleshooting their dll load dependencies issues. Dependencies is currently shipped as two binaries (no installer present) : Dependencies.exe as a CLI tool and DependenciesGui.exe for its GUI counterpart (see screenshot). Just click on one of the release numbers above (preferably the latest), download and uncompress the archive and run DependenciesGui.exe. Since the binary is not signed, SmartScreen might scream at runtime. Dependencies also bundle ClrPhTester.exe, a dumpbin-like executable used to test for non-regressions. Dependencies currently does not recursively resolve child imports when parsing a new PE since it can be really memory-hungry to do so ( it can over a GB even for "simple" PEs ). -

Exifr is a fast and very versatile JavaScript EXIF reading library that works everywhere, parses everything and handles just about anything you throw at it. It can handle any input: buffers, url, <img> tag and more; .jpg, .tif, and .heic files; and TIFF (EXIF, GPS, etc.), XMP, ICC, IPTC, JFIF segments. It skips parsing tags you don’t need, and reads only the first few bytes. There’s no need to read the whole file to see if there’s an EXIF file in it, or extract all the data when you just need a few tags. Instead of reading byte by byte from start to finish, Exifr jumps through the file structure from pointer to pointer, making it extremely fast and efficient!
