    Simple reporting system SMS to sqlite3 and web clustering display

    Designed as quick coronavirus infrastructure for feature phones and simple non-app users. One can use it as self-isolation notification, requests for help (both therefore map clustered) etc. The 0.9-4 version will now work with a local SIM card and gammu-smsd, no need for an SMS supplier.
