Our attempt to remake Shamus, a labyrinth game released in 1984 by Synapse. The sprites were redrawn based on the original, sprite editors, levels, scripts and the game itself were made. Adventure Revisited is my attempt at creating a lightweight but HIGHLY ACCURATE open-source and platform independent version of the classic Atari game Adventure. So what is Adventure Revisited? Brick Breaker
A Java remake of the classic Atari game "Breakout"
This game is a clone of "Breakout", a game in which the player controls a paddle that is used to bounce a ball that breaks blocks. Items are occasionally dropped from the blocks. The game tracks the player's name, lives, level, and score as well. If the player scores high enough, they are placed on the high score board, which is displayed at the end of every game.
